UI Designer for AI‑Powered Neobank App

About the role

We are seeking a UI Designer to create intuitive, elegant, and high‑performing interfaces for BJAK's AI‑driven financial products. You will work on mobile‑first experiences that simplify complex financial services while maintaining trust and enjoyment for users.

Key responsibilities

• Design polished, user‑centric interfaces for mobile and web, covering insurance, payments, claims, investments and other financial services.
• Transform product requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI mock‑ups.
• Maintain and evolve BJAK's design system to ensure visual consistency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to deliver pixel‑perfect implementations and iterate based on user feedback and analytics.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience designing digital products, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design, interaction design and UI craftsmanship.
• Ability to simplify complex user journeys into intuitive interfaces and explain design rationale clearly.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Figma and FigJam.
• Experience with auto‑layout, components and design tokens.
• Understanding of mobile‑first design principles, iOS & Android platform guidelines and responsive layouts.
