Truck Driver – General & Parcel Freight

About the role

Centurion is seeking experienced Truck Drivers to transport general and parcel freight safely and efficiently across Australia. You will load, secure, and deliver freight to customer locations while adhering to strict safety and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Transport general and parcel freight to designated customer sites.
• Load and secure freight using straps, ratchets, chains, and dogs.
• Complete pickups and deliveries on schedule while maintaining safety.
• Perform pre‑start vehicle checks and ensure compliance with road transport regulations.
• Manage daily runs independently, following all company and legal guidelines.

Required profile

• Valid HR (heavy vehicle) licence with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience transporting general freight.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Required skills

• Load restraint using straps, ratchets, chains, and dogs.
