Transformation Architect – Enterprise Architecture Lead

About the role

The Transformation Architect will define and govern enterprise-wide transformation architecture across healthcare, aged care and enterprise platforms. This senior position ensures alignment of business strategy with technology delivery and drives integrated solution design throughout the systems integration lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Define target architecture aligned with business and digital transformation goals and develop roadmaps for healthcare, aged care and enterprise systems.
• Lead solution conceptualisation, architecture governance and detailed design, ensuring compliance with integration standards and operating models.
• Oversee architectural integrity across build, testing and deployment phases, guiding integration patterns and data migration strategies.
• Provide domain architecture oversight for clinical, hospital and aged‑care systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and data‑governance requirements.
• Ensure security, privacy and regulatory compliance, support risk mitigation and governance board activities.
• Define the Target Operating Model, support change management and drive stakeholder adoption.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or transformation roles.
• Proven experience in healthcare, aged‑care or other regulated environments.
• Experience delivering large‑scale transformation programmes and strong stakeholder engagement.
