Key responsibilities

• Analyse learning needs and design training solutions for adult and vocational education.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and produce performance reports.

• Develop and maintain training policies, strategies, and innovative practices.
• Provide specialist education advice and support to Air Force units.

Required profile

• Australian citizenship and minimum age of 17 at enlistment.
• Tertiary qualification in education, training, or a related field.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances.
• Willingness to undergo initial military and employment training.
