Training Lead – ILS2

About the role
The Unconventional is seeking a qualified Training Lead to support Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) in addressing critical logistical gaps across expeditionary and contested environments for USINDOPACOM. This role will oversee the design, delivery, and coordination of training programs for a variety of systems, platforms, and mission operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead training delivery for systems, subsystems, platforms, and mission operations.
- Coordinate classroom, on‑the‑job, and distance learning across government and contractor sites.
- Integrate training materials, equipment, demonstrations, exercises, operational systems training, and mission‑specific training to meet stakeholder objectives.
- Support global training initiatives, including partner‑nation documentation and native‑language support.
- Maintain the Training, Exercises, and Experimentation function.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 11 years of relevant experience in training program planning, delivery, and management.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations in the Indo‑Pacific region.
