Training Facilitator

About the role

Asuria is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver employability skills and career transition programs across the Somerset Region and Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. The role involves engaging learners in classroom, workplace and online environments, helping them build the competencies needed for successful employment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver employability skills training and career transition assistance to participants.
• Conduct courses in classroom, workplace and online settings, adhering to contractual requirements.
• Provide tailored support to maximise learners’ employability outcomes.
• Participate in development and adaptation of course materials and resources.
• Maintain engaging and structured sessions using the organisation’s Learning Management System.

Required profile

• Excellent oral and written communication, including report writing.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with workplace technology and administrative coordination.
• Ability to build networks with employment service providers.
• Relevant industry experience and background in training, assessment or facilitation.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent experience (desired, not essential).
• Valid Police Check and Working with Children Check; must set up a myGovID.
