Training & Compliance Manager - Data Centre

About the role

MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager to oversee training across Victoria and New South Wales. The role supports the National Account Manager in keeping a security workforce for data centres highly trained, competent, compliant and professional.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a national security training framework, including onboarding, competency programs, refresher training and scenario-based development
• Create a competency framework to assess personnel against role standards and develop guards into high-performing security professionals
• Oversee training and operational compliance, keeping licences, mandatory training and certifications current and maintaining accurate records
• Manage site compliance and competency audits, identifying risks and non-conformances and implementing corrective actions
• Support new data centre mobilisations and operational changes with training plans, inductions and onboarding
• Report regularly to the National Account Manager on training, compliance, audits, competencies, corrective actions, development and key risks

Required profile

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent experience in training and development
• Qualifications or experience in security management, compliance, risk management and workplace training
• Experience with security audits and corrective action management
• Experience in data centres, critical infrastructure, government or other high-security environments
• Australian citizenship
• Current AGSVA NV1 clearance (or higher)
• Valid Victorian Security Licence
