Trade Counter Assistant - Windsor

About the role

Reece is hiring a Trade Counter Assistant for its Windsor branch. You will help plumbers and other tradespeople find the products they need for building and renovation projects and carry out other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly. No plumbing experience is needed.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and give customers information about products
• Provide quotes in person and by phone
• Pick orders, pack them and carry out stock control
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
• Maintain a safe, organised and welcoming branch environment
• Keep shop floor displays accurate and up to date

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience and enjoyment of helping people face to face and by phone
• Career potential and a growth mindset
• Accurate order picking and attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new systems
• Clean, valid driver's licence
• Valid forklift licence is ideal but not essential
