Trade Counter Assistant (Civil) - Orange

About the role

Reece Civil supplies plumbing and bathroom products and works on drainage, sewerage, electrical and other utility projects. As part of the Trade Counter team in Orange, you will help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople get the products they need for major projects, while also keeping customers happy and the branch running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service and product information
• Provide quotes in person and by phone
• Pick orders, pack them and carry out stock control
• Keep the branch tidy and safe
• Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle

Required profile

• Previous retail sales or customer service experience, enjoying helping customers in person and by phone
• Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays and give accurate information
• Clean, valid driver's licence and willingness to work various shifts, including weekends
• Interest in developing a career locally, within the network or at head office

• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems
