Tractor Operator

About the role

Green by Nature is seeking experienced operators to run tractors across parks and open green spaces in Australia. You will join a growing landscape services team that values safety, sustainability and high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate tractors and related machinery to maintain and enhance park areas and green spaces.
• Plan and prepare daily tasks according to work instructions, plans and specifications.
• Conduct pre‑start checks, report any faults and arrange necessary repairs.
• Deliver work to a high standard that meets client expectations.
• Follow and promote safe work practices at all times.

Required profile

• Previous tractor driving experience is essential.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
