TPRM Advisory Manager

About the role

ANZ is seeking a TPRM Advisory Manager to join its Procurement Governance division in Sydney. You will be part of a cross‑border specialist team responsible for triaging third‑party risk assessments and providing subject‑matter expertise throughout the TPRM service delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily pipeline of third‑party risk assessment work and support triage processes.
• Collaborate with TPRM Control Assessment Teams and Risk Domain owners to resolve complex queries.
• Maintain effective relationships with business stakeholders and third‑party partners, ensuring policy and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the third‑party management lifecycle.
• Partner with the TPRM Advisory Senior Manager to deliver operational enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing TPRM operational delivery and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with ANZ’s TPRMHub and end‑to‑end TPRM lifecycle.
• Background in risk operational delivery within finance or banking, using Scrum methodologies.
• Strong communication skills with senior leadership and ability to meet agile milestones.
• Experience working in a cross‑border team and providing day‑to‑day guidance.
