Towing Manager

About the role

The Towing Manager will lead BF Towing’s team in Thurgoona, overseeing daily operations, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenance. This position is central to ensuring safe, efficient, and timely towing services for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide accurate job quotations.
• Delegate tasks to drivers, monitor performance, and manage rosters.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including PPE usage for staff and vehicles.
• Oversee regular maintenance schedules for the towing fleet.
• Respond to towing callouts safely and promptly.
• Maintain company tools and equipment in clean, safe, and functional condition.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and/or management experience in a similar role.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational abilities and a team‑player mindset.
• Effective communication skills.
