Territory Solutions Specialist – Biosuture

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Biosuture team in Adelaide to support hospital customers with inventory, billing, and product education. This entry‑level position works closely with a high‑performing sales team to strengthen partnerships and drive the Wound Closure portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory and supply through MyShelf stock management, order generation and proactive support.
• Build trusted customer relationships by providing education, product support and inventory solutions.
• Identify customer needs, collaborate with Product Specialists and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate on product recalls, back‑order resolutions, training initiatives and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Degree qualified; experience in hospital or operating theatre environment preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive, can‑do attitude.
