Territory Solution Specialist – Wound Closure

About the role

Join Johnson & Johnson's Wound Closure team in Perth as a Territory Solution Specialist. You will work closely with hospital customers to provide inventory, billing, product, and education support while collaborating with a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inventory and supply management excellence through MyShelf stock management, order generation and proactive support.
• Build trusted customer partnerships by delivering education, product support and inventory solutions to healthcare professionals.
• Support business growth by identifying customer needs, collaborating with Product Specialists and uncovering opportunities.
• Collaborate on product recalls, back‑order resolutions, customer training initiatives and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Degree qualified; experience in hospital or operating theatre environment preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a positive, can‑do attitude.

Required skills

• Inventory management expertise.
• Computer systems proficiency.
