Telco Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Telco Sales Coordinator supports the Store Management team in driving sales and delivering excellent customer experiences within the Communications department of JB Hi‑Fi. You will focus on coaching the telco team, maintaining merchandising standards and ensuring compliance with safety and legislative requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profitability targets for the Communications department through training, coaching and performance feedback.
• Lead and maintain merchandising standards for telco products across the store.
• Ensure all department activities comply with safety, legislative and incident‑reporting procedures.
• Support cash handling processes, including EFTPOS transactions and accurate register reconciliation.

Required profile

• Enjoy working in a casual, fun retail environment.
• Proven retail experience with a broad knowledge of telecommunications products.
• Strong customer‑service background and experience handling cash and EFTPOS.
