Technology Support Coordinator – Level 1 & 2 IT Support

About the role

We are seeking a customer‑focused Technology Support Coordinator to deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support within a modern Microsoft‑centric environment. You will troubleshoot technical issues, assist users, manage devices, and contribute to ongoing technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end‑users.
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID, and Autopilot environments.
• Deploy, configure, and manage laptops, mobile devices, and endpoint services.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access issues.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve incidents and improve services.
• Assist with onboarding, off‑boarding, and device lifecycle management.
• Support technology projects, upgrades, testing, and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in a Level 1/2 Service Desk or IT Support role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, and endpoint management.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and own issues through to resolution.
• Relevant IT qualifications; Microsoft certifications are a plus.
