Technology Resilience Manager

About the role

EY Oceania is building a dedicated capability to strengthen technology asset ownership, security and maintenance across the region. As the Technology Resilience Manager you will lead day‑to‑day execution, working directly with product and technical owners to remediate vulnerabilities and retire obsolete systems.

Key responsibilities

• Drive remediation of technology asset risk across the Oceania estate, working asset‑by‑asset with owners to close vulnerabilities and replace end‑of‑life components.
• Confirm and maintain accountable ownership for every asset, keeping records current.
• Prioritise and sequence remediation with information security and technology teams, ranking vulnerabilities by severity, exposure and ageing.
• Deliver phased, owner‑approved remediation while ensuring live client platforms remain available.
• Own the Asset and Risk Control Tower, ensuring accurate regional view of asset, vulnerability and certification data.
• Translate AI‑driven threat intelligence into concrete remediation actions.

Required profile

• Experience in technology risk, cyber security, infrastructure or application remediation, vulnerability management, or technology delivery in a complex enterprise.
• Understanding of vulnerability and patch management, end‑of‑life technology, asset lifecycle and decommissioning.
• Strong stakeholder skills across technology, risk, business and leadership audiences.
• Sound judgement on when to solve, escalate or accept residual risk.
