About the role

Join Cuscal’s Technology Graduate Program 2027 and embark on a two‑year journey across four six‑month rotations in product management, cloud technologies, software engineering, cyber security, and data/AI. You will work on real‑world payment projects that affect millions of Australians while building a solid foundation for a technology career.

Key responsibilities

• Complete four six‑month rotations across product, cloud, engineering, cyber security and data/AI teams.
• Contribute to the design, development and delivery of innovative payment solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to solve technical challenges.
• Participate in mentorship programmes and structured training sessions.
• Apply emerging technologies to improve existing systems and processes.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and an innovative mindset.
• Collaborative spirit with a desire to learn and grow.
• Interest in cloud, cyber security, software engineering, data and AI.
