Technology Architect – IAM ForgeRock Level 2 Support

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Technology Architect to provide Level 2 support for its Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, primarily Ping AM and the ForgeRock suite, based in Melbourne. The role focuses on troubleshooting, patching, and upgrading IAM solutions to ensure secure and reliable authentication and authorization services for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 support for IAM platforms, including Ping AM and ForgeRock components.
• Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents related to authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle.
• Maintain and configure ForgeRock Directory Services environments.
• Develop and apply patches, upgrades, and configuration changes to address complex technical issues.
• Utilise monitoring tools such as Splunk and New Relic to proactively identify and mitigate service disruptions.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams using scripting and DevOps tools to automate routine tasks.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with solid experience in IAM solutions and L2 support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to debug complex identity management issues.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and document resolutions.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Ping AM (Access Management).
• Proficiency in ForgeRock stack, including ForgeRock Directory Services.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and New Relic.
• Competence in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, Python).
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices for automation and deployment.
