Technical Support Engineer – Relocate to Yulara, NT

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer to join the onsite IT team at Ayers Rock Resort in Yulara, NT. You will ensure the smooth operation of all technology across five hotels and a campground, supporting both staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and administer IT systems, including Microsoft Office products and cloud‑hosted SaaS applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues promptly to minimise operational disruption.
• Implement upgrades, install new equipment and manage Windows‑based hospitality technology.
• Provide training and day‑to‑day support to non‑technical staff on various IT tools.
• Assist with the communication infrastructure linking the remote site to headquarters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in a technical support or help‑desk role.
• Strong customer focus with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Analytical mindset, capable of prioritising incidents and identifying root causes.
