Technical Specialist - Microsoft Adoption

About the role

Data#3, an ASX200-listed IT services provider, is hiring a Technical Specialist for its Microsoft Adoption role in Melbourne. You will work with Tier-1 global technology vendors and enterprise clients to help them get the most value from their Microsoft investments, bridging technology and people through tailored adoption and training programs. The role sits alongside Microsoft vendor teams and the Customer Success team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs across M365, Copilot, Intune and Surface devices
• Identify and remove adoption blockers so clients maximise their Microsoft technology investments
• Manage the Surface Hub trial program and build repeatable adoption packages
• Partner with Customer Success and Microsoft sales teams to address low-consumption workloads
• Create standardised Statements of Work (SOWs) and use Microsoft funding programs such as ECIF

Required profile

• Proven background in designing and delivering structured training or change adoption programs
• Demonstrated experience in B2B technology, service delivery or customer success environments
• Strong track record in project execution with attention to detail
• Confident communication and presentation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for emerging Microsoft workplace technologies
