Technical Lead Full‑Stack Mobile Developer (AI)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive the design and delivery of cutting‑edge mobile applications with AI capabilities. The role combines full‑stack mobile development expertise with leadership of a cross‑functional team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end development of React Native mobile apps for Android and iOS.
• Architect and implement AI‑enabled features and payment gateway integrations.
• Define technical standards, code reviews and unit testing using Jest.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers in Figma and translate designs into functional components.
• Create and manage user stories and backlog items in Jira following Scrum methodology.
• Mentor junior developers and ensure Agile best practices are followed.

Required profile

• 12+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with React Native.
• Proven experience leading mobile development teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
