Technical Director - Geotechnical Engineering

About the role

As a Technical Director – Geotechnical at Aurecon in Brisbane, you will lead the delivery of complex geotechnical projects that shape sustainable infrastructure. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to provide expert advice from concept through to delivery.

Required profile

• Provide technical leadership in planning, design and delivery of complex geotechnical solutions.
• Demonstrate inclusive leadership, mentorship and coaching of emerging professionals.
• Champion safe, sustainable and resilient design outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Be recognised internally and externally as a technical authority in geotechnics.
• Major project experience with Department of Transport and Main Roads is advantageous.
