Team Member - Quick Service Restaurant

About the role

Zambrero, Australia's largest Mexican franchise, is looking for Team Members to join its restaurant in Southport. The restaurant serves fresh burritos, bowls, nachos and tacos made with home-made guacamole, and is open day and night. Team members follow high standards of customer service, recipes, procedures and cleaning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptionally friendly customer service
• Follow recipes accurately to prepare food for meal periods
• Prepare recipes as needed, including anticipating and adapting to customer volume
• Adhere to food handling, safety and sanitisation standards
• Assist with daily and weekly cleaning of production areas, dining room and general restaurant
• Help the restaurant run smoothly in any other way that improves the customer experience

• Positive, happy and smiling, able to deliver excellent customer service
• Engaged, energetic team player who goes the extra mile
• Able to communicate with customers and colleagues
• Professional, well-groomed and neat appearance
• Able to multitask and adapt to a fast pace
