Required profile

• Approximately five years of leadership experience at Store or Department Manager level within a premium or luxury brand, or equivalent Area Manager experience.
• Proven track record of delivering commercial results, retaining high‑value clients, and developing people.
• Resilient, instinctive, and composed under pressure.
