About the role
As a Team Leader at Metro Pubs you will oversee daily shift operations, ensuring the venue runs smoothly and customers receive a memorable experience. You will act as the bridge between the front‑of‑house team and management, stepping in to resolve issues and maintain high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the shift team, organising tasks and supporting staff to deliver excellent service.
- Deputise for managers, handling any operational or customer issues that arise.
- Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across service, food, and drink.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail, especially in product quality and presentation.
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with a focus on teamwork.
- Experience in a hospitality setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
