Team Leader – Landscape Garden Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to oversee landscape garden maintenance for high‑end residential and boutique commercial properties in Brisbane’s southwest. You will lead a small crew, ensuring top‑quality care of gardens while fostering a supportive, people‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a maintenance team to deliver exceptional garden care.
• Oversee daily tasks such as mowing, edging, hedging, pruning, mulching and pest management.
• Manage schedules, client communication and uphold presentation standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members, promoting safety and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial garden maintenance.
• Natural leadership with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude.
• Current Queensland driver’s licence and reliable transport to the HQ.
• Passion for gardening and attention to detail.
