Team Lead - Cashflow Solutions

About the role

The Team Lead – Cashflow Solutions will head a group of 12 bankers delivering inbound sales for small‑business customers. Reporting to the Senior Manager, this permanent position is based at ANZ’s National Business Centre in Melbourne and focuses on driving revenue, managing risk and enhancing customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 12 bankers handling the 1800 inbound sales line for small‑business clients.
• Achieve sales and revenue targets while maintaining a whole‑customer focus.
• Reduce attrition across lending, business accounts and working‑capital products.
• Improve customer experience metrics, including Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Drive team productivity through effective sales rhythms, response times and opportunity conversion.
• Manage operational and credit‑risk responsibilities in line with policy.
• Build a coaching culture to develop bankers’ capability and credit expertise.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to solve complex problems and strengthen customer focus.
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering and operational efficiency to ensure responsive service.
