About the role

TAFE NSW is looking for a teacher of Agricultural Mechanical Technology to join its Wagga Wagga campus on a permanent full-time basis. The role inspires the next generation of students in a diverse, dynamic and collaborative environment, with ongoing training, professional development, wellbeing programs and flexible working options.

Required profile

• Appropriate subject knowledge, skills and vocational qualifications, including a minimum of Certificate III in Agricultural Mechanical Technology Industry or equivalent.
• Evidence of an appropriate VET teaching qualification, or willingness to complete the full-time 14-week Paid to Learn course, which offers guaranteed work after successful completion.
• At least five years of post-qualification experience in the industry, gained within the last five years.
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a New Zealand passport.
• Working with Children Check, as this is a child-related position.
