Teacher – French, Maths & Learning Support

About the role

The Academy of Mary Immaculate is seeking a dynamic, full‑time teacher to join its collaborative team. The successful candidate will teach French, Mathematics and provide learning support, contributing to a Catholic education environment that values the Mercy charism and the safety and wellbeing of children.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess curriculum for French and Mathematics across relevant year levels.
• Provide targeted learning support to students with diverse needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and maintain a cohesive learning community.
• Uphold the school’s Catholic values and promote a safe, inclusive classroom environment.

Required profile

• Commitment to Catholic education and the Mercy charism.
• Full working rights in Australia.
• Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in teaching French.
• Proficiency in teaching Mathematics.
• Experience in delivering learning support interventions.
