Talent Researcher (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Researcher to proactively identify and engage top talent across global markets. This fully remote position supports high‑impact hiring needs by building strong pipelines for senior and hard‑to‑fill roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for senior and hard‑to‑fill positions using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional communities.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to inform strategic hiring.
• Utilise Boolean search, X‑Ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
• Craft compelling outreach messages and continuously optimise engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition in an international context.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to craft personalised messages.
• Proactive, curious, and persistent approach to talent discovery.
• English proficiency at B1+ level or higher.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
