Talent Partner – Restaurant Recruitment

About the role

As a Talent Partner you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment pipeline for one of Australia’s fastest‑growing restaurant brands. You will work across a portfolio of GYG locations in NSW and ACT, hiring cooks, crew, shift leaders and restaurant managers to keep the brand thriving.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume recruitment from sourcing to offer for multiple restaurant sites.
• Partner closely with Operations leaders to understand staffing needs and build talent pipelines.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates and ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Utilise recruitment technology (SmartRecruiters, Workday) and AI tools to optimise processes.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting on recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume recruitment, preferably in retail, hospitality, call‑centres or customer service.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with candidates at all levels.
• Solution‑oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and comfort with recruitment tech platforms.
