Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sydney

About the role

Hyatt Regency Sydney is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers, source and attract top talent, and continuously improve recruitment strategies for our premium hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process.
• Source, attract and hire qualified candidates across all hotel functions.
• Review and optimise recruitment strategies, partnerships and sourcing channels.
• Maintain a hands‑on approach while ensuring timely delivery of hiring outcomes.
• Support remote and hybrid working arrangements as required.

Required profile

• Proven recruiting experience with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Business‑partner mindset, understanding current and future talent needs.
• Timely and proactive approach to recruitment activities.
• Recent experience in a premium hotel environment is preferred.
• Full working rights for Australia are required.
