Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment Professional

About the role

Join Monadelphous as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within our dynamic in‑house recruitment team at the Victoria Park head office. You will drive end‑to‑end hiring for white‑collar positions, supporting senior stakeholders and project teams while enhancing Monadelphous’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Key responsibilities

• Source, engage and pipeline qualified candidates across multiple business units.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job briefs, advertising, shortlisting, interviewing and background checks.
• Communicate regularly with senior internal stakeholders on candidate status and outcomes.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with Recruitment Support Officers, including pre‑employment checks, medicals, PPE ordering and mobilisation training.
• Maintain recruitment and mobilisation trackers to ensure timely new‑starter onboarding and employee transfers.
• Identify and resolve recruitment challenges proactively, offering innovative solutions.

• Ability to deliver high‑volume recruitment while thinking strategically for long‑term talent pipelines.
