Talent Acquisition Specialist – Logistics & Technical Hiring

About the role

Visy is seeking a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for logistics, supply‑chain and warehousing roles across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with hiring managers to fill hard‑to‑hire technical and leadership positions while building sustainable talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for manufacturing, engineering and technical portfolios.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role scope, attraction strategies and hiring outcomes.
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search and ATS mining.
• Develop and maintain talent pools, market maps and labour‑market insights.
• Manage screening, interviews, assessments, offers and onboarding processes.
• Lead immigration and visa processes with strict compliance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in internal or agency recruitment, preferably within logistics, supply‑chain or warehousing.
• Proven success filling genuinely hard‑to‑fill technical roles.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen.
• Ability to work autonomously with a delivery‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced ATS capability (ideally PageUp SuperUser).
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using SEEK Talent Search.
