Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support global recruitment efforts and identify skilled independent contractors across various regions. The role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring talented linguists to meet diverse language requirements while managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit independent contractors from multiple regions based on specific language and business needs.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct candidate interviews and assess language skills, qualifications, and overall suitability.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from initial sourcing and screening to onboarding.
• Support high‑volume hiring initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Conduct market research and nurture relationships with potential candidates to strengthen future talent pipelines.
• Track recruitment activities and analyse hiring metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Proven ability to manage recruitment processes independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines, and manage tasks efficiently.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones when required.
• Previous experience recruiting independent contractors, freelancers, or international talent is a plus.
