Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Revo Fitness, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle, attracting top talent to support the company’s rapid national expansion. You will partner with hiring managers, champion the employer brand and help build a culture that members love.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment across all business areas, shaping strategy and coaching hiring managers.
• Manage shortlisting, screening, interviews, pre‑employment checks, offers and negotiations.
• Coordinate recruitment for new club pipelines, including running assessment centres.
• Proactively build and maintain talent pools for key national roles using targeted passive sourcing.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure efficient processes.
• Advise on role design, market insights and advertising to support smart hiring decisions.
• Act as a career advisor for internal mobility and support work placements, student programs and the Ignite Internship Program.
• Support development and execution of employer brand, recruitment strategy and people‑and‑culture projects.
• Identify and implement improvements to talent processes and systems.

Required profile

• Human Resources degree or equivalent professional experience (preferred).
• 2‑5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably internal.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑volume, end‑to‑end recruitment with a quality candidate experience.
• Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, NES and National Awards.
• Experience contributing to engagement or people‑and‑culture initiatives.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
