About the role

Better Rehab is seeking a creative and confident Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Australian team. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, champion the company’s people‑first culture, and drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract top clinical talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned portfolios, ensuring a supportive candidate experience.
• Act as a culture ambassador, representing Better Rehab’s vibrant and caring values to internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and execute multi‑channel recruitment marketing campaigns to source clinicians.
• Collaborate with clinical and leadership teams on workforce planning to meet staffing needs.
• Utilise both active and passive sourcing techniques, continuously pushing the boundaries to find the best talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an internal Talent Acquisition professional, preferably in health or education sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to source candidates through comprehensive, multi‑channel approaches.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers to achieve recruitment goals.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality, people‑focused recruitment outcomes.
