Talent Acquisition Specialist (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People and Culture team on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. This end‑to‑end recruitment role offers a blend of specialist and high‑volume hiring, giving you direct exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to shape our talent pipeline from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and manage the recruitment process from brief to hire.
• Write compelling job adverts and position descriptions that attract high‑quality candidates.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle: advertising, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks, offers and candidate feedback.
• Maintain and grow a talent pool to support proactive hiring initiatives.
• Produce accurate offer letters and onboarding documentation, and support induction coordination.
• Generate weekly and monthly recruitment reports and keep tracking records up to date.
• Serve as the primary contact for external employment enquiries.
• Contribute to broader People and Culture projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, either in‑house or agency.
• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities autonomously.
• Resilient, adaptable and committed to continuous learning.
• High emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
