Talent Acquisition Partner – Sydney

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Partner to join its NSW team in Sydney. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent for a diverse range of construction, infrastructure and mining positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a mix of roles across the NSW portfolio.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and design sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and strong local market networks.
• Deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
• Leverage data and insights to improve hiring decisions and processes.
• Support employer branding and represent ACCIONA at events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in talent acquisition, internal recruitment or agency recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels.
• Proactive sourcing mindset with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and genuine interest in people.
• Solutions‑focused attitude with confidence to suggest process improvements.
