Talent Acquisition Partner – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our corporate team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane on a 12‑month fixed‑term basis. You will partner with business leaders to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions that align with our strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end talent acquisition for corporate functions, partnering with leaders to define role requirements and secure fit‑for‑purpose hires.
• Proactively source candidates through advertising, direct sourcing and talent‑pooling strategies.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and People & Culture partners to ensure timely and consistent recruitment.
• Support workforce planning activities, including early‑career, graduate and broader talent programmes aligned to future capability needs.
• Provide a high‑quality, values‑led candidate experience that reflects the Hastings Deering employer brand.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a large, diverse organisation.
• Proven ability to manage full‑cycle recruitment in a busy service environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills and ability to partner with senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
