Talent Acquisition – Corporate & Enabling

About the role

The Talent Partner – Corporate & Enabling will own end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate, enabling and operational support functions in Australia and support broader hiring across APAC as the region expands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for areas such as Finance, Commercial, People, Digital, Project/Program Management, Software, Operations and Administration.
• Partner with hiring leaders to translate workforce needs into recruitment strategies and build talent pipelines.
• Proactively source talent, develop market intelligence and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Support recruitment across APAC as the regional footprint grows and collaborate with the broader Talent team on large hiring campaigns.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge and advise hiring leaders.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume, varied portfolio while maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Commercial and pragmatic approach to recruitment with strong judgement.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and contemporary sourcing tools.
• Proactive sourcing and talent‑mapping capability.
