Talent Acquisition Consultant – Engineering & Advisory

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our North Sydney office. You will partner with business leaders to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment solutions for mid‑to‑senior engineering and advisory positions, balancing speed, quality and strategic insight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for mid‑senior roles across engineering and advisory portfolios.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to define hiring strategies and workforce needs.
• Source, engage and assess candidates using direct outreach, market‑led techniques and innovative tools.
• Maintain high‑quality outcomes while managing volume and complexity in a fast‑paced environment.
• Provide market insights, recruitment best practices and governance throughout the hiring process.
• Leverage recruitment systems, emerging technology and process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in both in‑house and agency recruitment, preferably within engineering or advisory sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, work at pace and deliver results.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Comfortable partnering with senior business leaders and adapting to changing hiring demands.

Required skills

• Workday (or similar ATS) experience.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled recruitment tools and data‑driven insights.
