Systems Network Administrator

About the role

MUJI is seeking a Systems Network Administrator to manage, maintain and secure its IT infrastructure. You will ensure the reliability, performance and security of servers, networks, cloud services and end‑user platforms while serving as the technical escalation point for complex incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and continuously improve the organisation’s IT infrastructure.
• Maintain server, network and cloud environments to meet performance and availability targets.
• Provide technical escalation support for complex incidents and service requests.
• Lead operational cybersecurity activities, including vulnerability management, security monitoring, access management, incident response and compliance initiatives.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience working in a lean IT team.
• Ability to manage and troubleshoot servers, networks and cloud services.
• Strong focus on security and continuous improvement.
