About the role
We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our collaborative Information Services team in Brisbane CBD. You will play a key role in supporting and continuously improving a large‑scale enterprise infrastructure that underpins critical services across Queensland.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for enterprise systems and network infrastructure.
- Configure, implement and support infrastructure solutions across a large Microsoft environment.
- Manage server infrastructure, including upgrades, maintenance and performance tuning.
- Support infrastructure provisioning and participate in change management activities.
- Administer Microsoft technologies such as SCCM, Group Policy and PowerShell.
- Monitor operating system and application updates and manage release cycles.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend infrastructure improvements.
Required profile
- Proven experience supporting and administering enterprise IT infrastructure in a complex environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft server technologies, SCCM, Group Policy and PowerShell.
- Experience working within ITIL frameworks, especially Change Management and Service Management.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
