System Support Analyst

About the role

Leidos Australia is seeking a Senior System Support Analyst to join a high‑profile ASD program. You will provide frontline IT support across a secure, dynamic environment, acting as the primary point of contact for end‑users and ensuring they have the tools and services needed to perform their duties.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑ and second‑level Service Desk and End‑User Computing support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, email, remote access, telephony and peripherals.
• Manage incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, coordinating escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
• Set up workstations, onboard new starters, deploy hardware, and maintain asset records across multiple sites.
• Create knowledge‑base articles, support vendor and RMA processes, and drive continuous improvement of support services.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with a passion for technology and experience in fast‑paced IT support environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 applications and related services.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to a broad range of users.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain an NV2 Security Clearance (PV preferred) and complete an Organisational Suitability Assessment.
