About the role

Join Feedwell’s high‑volume kitchen in Sydney CBD as a Production Crew member. The role mirrors sushi‑making in its focus on precision, consistency and presentation, but works with pre‑prepared salads, wraps, sandwiches and platters. You will operate at a dedicated station, following clear step‑by‑step systems to assemble food quickly and accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble salads, wraps, sandwiches and platters with sushi‑level consistency and visual standards.
• Follow structured, pre‑defined production systems and maintain food‑safe hygiene.
• Work at a steady pace to meet production targets without chaos.
• Keep your workstation clean, organised and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Rotate across stations as you develop broader kitchen capabilities.

Required profile

• Experience in sushi making, Japanese takeaway or similar food‑assembly environments is preferred.
• Ability to work independently at a station while adhering to detailed instructions.
• Strong focus on accuracy, speed and consistent presentation.
