Surveyor / Senior Surveyor - Cadastral Projects

About the role

Bennett + Bennett, a surveying, town planning and spatial solutions provider established in 1968 on the Gold Coast, is looking for an experienced and motivated Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join its growing Cadastral Surveying team in the Brisbane office. The role involves highly technical and interesting cadastral projects, with collaboration across teams and with industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Play a key role in highly technical and interesting cadastral projects, contributing to their success and quality.
• Conduct precise and accurate surveys and maintain the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Carry out fieldwork, office calculations, pre-calculations, sketches and processing.
• Liaise with internal personnel and clients to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
• Use advanced surveying technologies and methodologies to drive innovation in projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a surveyor; exposure to cadastral-based projects is advantageous.
• Bachelor or Associate degree in Surveying; registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland as a Graduate Surveyor or higher is highly regarded.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in 12d software.
• Proficiency in Trimble and Leica survey equipment.
