Supporter Systems and Data Administrator

About the role

Take genuine ownership of enterprise Salesforce platforms, driving innovation, automation and continuous improvement for a purpose‑driven not‑for‑profit organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce NPSP, Marketing Cloud and related supporter systems to ensure reliability, security and fit‑for‑purpose.
• Design and deliver system enhancements through configuration, automation and integrations that improve efficiency and capability.
• Support campaign delivery via data management, segmentation, technical configuration and execution.
• Maintain system governance, documentation and data integrity to ensure compliant platforms.
• Train and support users, driving continuous improvements to system usability and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Experienced systems professional with a strong track record of administering and enhancing Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and collaborate across an organisation.
• Curiosity, initiative and commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes in a nonprofit environment.

Required skills

• Extensive Salesforce (or comparable CRM) administration experience.
• Automation, integration and system enhancement expertise across a broader technology stack.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or marketing automation platforms.
• Strong data governance and system administration capability.
