Supply Officer – Aviation Logistics

About the role

Join Network Aviation’s Engineering team at Perth Airport as a Supply Officer. You will support day‑to‑day operations by ensuring aeronautical products and materials are available when needed, while maintaining safe and compliant warehouse practices.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock levels to meet operational requirements and guarantee product availability.
• Prepare, pack and dispatch spare parts and shipments.
• Apply quarantine procedures in line with company requirements.
• Support receipt and issue of aeronautical products and associated documentation.
• Store and transport Dangerous Goods according to relevant regulations.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve delivery discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused with strong communication skills for vendor liaison.
• Willingness to work a rotating shift roster across a 24‑hour operation.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
• Experience in stores/warehousing or a similar safety‑sensitive environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Forklift licence (preferred).
• Dangerous Goods certificate.
• Familiarity with Inventory Aviation software such as TRAX and Maintenix (advantageous).
